His professional interests lie in business models for eCommerce.
He began as a project leader with innomedia gmbh - the media systems of Nixdorf and Bertelsmann - and after that was responsible for interactive media with Lufthansa information technology.
In 1995 Thomas established Medialine, which later became digital spirit gmbh. From the very beginning, the focus was on internet based services and products. From the beginning, the company quickly emerged as the market leader in the German-speaking world with 100 staff. Since 2003 digital spirit has been owned by Wolters Kluwer, whose headquarters are in Amsterdam.
Thomas has been involved with the Institute for Electronic Business from its foundation and the chairman of the board of the IEB since 2003.
At culturemedia, Thomas is project leader and responsible for sales and commercial direction. He represents culturemedia as a contributor in podium discussions.

She is particularly happy to be involved with sales and marketing projects.
Uta has worked since the middle of the nineties in the field of new media. She has led many large international project migrations. In the German market, she was responsible for training solutions and media concepts with a high degree of involvement for the perspective of the customer.
Lastly, she invented and launched Amadeus' first webTV channel with different formats; for b2b customers within the selling platform and also for consumers on OPODO.
At culturemedia Uta leads projects and is responsible for marketing, strategy and for personnel development.
